Director and producer of horror films and reality TV / Jean-Clément Gunter : January 24, 2024, I turned 50…less to live for, I take stock. I had an exceptional childhood. Thank you to my dear mother and my grandparents. I hated school. At 15, I started directing my first horror feature film, 3 Psychopaths. I didn't listen to my teachers who discouraged me from doing this job. We cannot discourage a young enthusiast! I also never listened to the frustrated people who couldn't finish their first short film or make a feature film and who tried to discourage me. They did not succeed in the profession, they disappeared, evaporated. I finished my first film 3 Psychopaths at 17 years old. A gory and erotic underground horror film that I left out. I created my production company “JCG Production”.
I continued with Décadence. I realized in everything five horror films and acquired the Belgian film Vacuum Killer. I decided to try to make known 3 Psychopaths. It has been released in several DVD editions and is available worldwide for streaming. Incredible for a little amateur film that was never supposed to be released! My films are available on various streaming platforms, including on Tubi TV, recognized as the largest AVOD platform in the world. On many of these streaming channels, my films frequently rank in the top position. Two of my films are dubbed into Spanish.
I also directed and produced the reality show The house of compromises 1, 2 and 3. Season 1 is also available on the prestigious platform Tubi TV and the 3 seasons will soon be broadcast on television. A little advice: believe in yourself, never listen to people who try to discourage you. If you are passionate, go for it and work… work a lot. This is a small part of my adventure of my first 50 years on Earth.
