A cleaning lady working in a major recording industry gets fired. Desperate, she commits suicide. Chris, her laboratory assistant son, tries to resuscitate her, but the experience turns tragic. Seriously injured in his right arm, he took refuge with Jim Lalien, a drug dealer friend, where he took drugs to alleviate the pain. In a moment of madness, he grafts a vacuum cleaner to his forearm and transforms into an avenging vigilante: the Vacuum Killer. He is now ready to begin a major clean-up of society.
