THE PRESS UNDER PRESSURE: MAD MOVIES AND THE FANTASTIC SCREEN – JCG PRODUCTION IN FULL EVOLUTION

As Franck Ribéry said: the spinning wheel will turn. I really liked horror, fantasy and science fiction film magazines Mad Movies et The Fantasy Screen. They wrote good articles during the DVD releases of my films 3 Psychopaths, Decadence and Forest of Demons. In 2014, my films Consequence of Lust and Why Us! were released on DVD. Mad Movies gave me no sign of life and The Fantasy Screen did not write an article, because its director and founder Alain Schlockoff had not appreciated the films and had asked the journalists not to write an article. This must be what we call freedom of the press. Although a nice article makes me happy, I no longer need the press. My films are successful, thanks to streaming. Since then, the press has been in crisis, Mad Movies made 46 collections on the crowdfunding platform KissKissBankBank and The Fantasy Screen made 106. I still wish them a bright future in digital and above all courage, because they are going to need it.

COVID 19 VACCINE MANDATORY TO JCG PRODUCTION

Mandatory covid 19 vaccine: if there is something taboo, it is the obligation to be vaccinated against covid 19. To JCG Production, we have decided to make the vaccine compulsory. For me, it is clear that there is only this solution. To tell the truth, it had been several months since my decision had been made. For the good of all and also because suspending filming is very costly, it will now be compulsory to be vaccinated to be present on a film set. JCG Production.
29/07/2021 : We were one of the few companies (the only ?) to require vaccination against covid 19. Google et Facebook now require their employees to be vaccinated.
30/09/2021 : No need to register for castings of JCG Production and indicate that you are against the vaccine. Your registration will be refused. I invite you to follow the excellent Facebook page Cogito Ergo Seum 2.
10/12/2021 : The premises of JCG Production are now prohibited for the unvaccinated.
01/06/2022 : Although the vaccine is recommended, JCG Production no longer makes it mandatory.
